Zero Feedback

I made submitted an application for a contract last week and was told that they would get back to me withinn 24hrs. No-one has bothered to make contact with me, instead I have been making countless calls and the phone barely gets answered. I always get told that they thought there were some missing documents but they did in fact submit everything yet the status is still pending. I always get told I will be called the falling day but i never do. VODACOM IS FAILING ON THEIR PROMISES.
