Zero feedback
<p>I have logged a query regarding signal strength about 2 weeks ago. Had to make special arrangements for technician to verify the my story. He advised will give you feedback once I am back at the office. This was supposed to be Monday, 20 February 2017. Well tried to call technician, tried with reference nr to get some feedback. With no prevail. I have been a loyal customer for the last 13 years. I will cancel all contracts (x6) will NEVER recommend them. They are utterly rude and just want to make money out of a person. When you require service delivery they are the WORST.</p> <p>Very disappointed</p> <p> </p>

You are utterly disgusting in looking after your loyal customers. I am very disappointed in your non existing service. I will make sure never to recommend you to anybody, I will tell everybody who is interested in opening a contract with you how disgusting your service is. I pay a lot of money every month to Vodacom for absolutely nothing. I tried calling your customers call centre today to try and get feedback, but after 25min of holding on I gave up. But I will not give up on telling your future customers how bad your service is. I AM WAITING IN ANTICIPATION FOR YOUR LAME EXCUSES.
