Zero Customer Service for Vodacom - Horrified!!!!

After recieving close to no customer service and complaining about it on this patform. @Vodacom responded that someone would contact me. It is about 3 weeks later and still nothing.

The T&C's are not made on cash purchase returns but on contract returns to be within14 days yet I am told that it was over 14 days with a cash purchase and this doesnt apply.

Instead i receive unacceptable emails (once every odd month after several follow ups ) that are not clear and not treated as if i have paid for the good but rather for free.
