Zero customer service
Zero customer care. I sent an email to upgrades dept to query an upgrade and Vodacom rep**** that I must contact Vodacom with my queries. I sent another email and got no reply. I changed 2 contracts but only 1 was updated. I was td by agent that both contracts would be updated.
