Zero Customer Service

Went to Vodacom at Waterfront end Novenber, said I am due an upgrade. No, iPhone out of stock - only 2017. Went to CellC - yes stock of iPhone 7 Plus 265 GB. Requested cancellation from Vodacom, that sent me a Premature Cancellation Quote indicating I entered into a contract March 2016. The month Vodacom Serrvice Provider took over Autopage!!! Since then, battling to get autorised contractual date out ov Vodacom that cannot proof when last I entered into a legal contract with them. Pauline from Onyx, helped to get the phone I want. Upon delivery I wrote that I acceot the package on condition that Vodacom provide me with correct information. They seized that as opportunity to say that is my new conrtact date. Sent phone package unopened back. Still waiting for relevant information. Poor Customer Service people try their best. Supervisors and higher are doing nothing but duck and dive.

How many other ex-Autopage customers are caught by Vodacom like this?

Pathetic. And Vodacom says I am an Onyx/Platinum custoner.

What now?
