Zero customer care!!!
Zero rating!! zero customer care! What does it take for Vodacom to come back to you with regards to your account??? Still awaiting a phone call about a contract that was renewed after I had cancelled it. Still no answers ... ***** ***** *****. Dropped calls - cost a fortune!!
