Zero Assistance from Vodacom RE Data

I cannot load data on my phone via *111# or via my banking app. How am I supposed to get data? I used to be able to load data via either one of those services, now I get a message that my number is not eligible for this service. So, in order to fix this, I went to a Vodashop with all the necessary documents. (This was a month ago btw) They gave me a reference number and said that they would be in touch within a few days. Needless to say, I heard nothing. So I asked them on Facebook, gave them the reference number - the Facebook robot promised that someone would be in touch. When I heard nothing again, I asked them again. This time, someone called me and asked me to email all necessary info. I did that, they promised to call within a couple of days. Nothing. So I went to Facebook robot again and explained that I had not been assisted. Guess what... they asked me all the same questions they had asked the previous times I asked for help - there could be several reasons for this: a) They have the memory of a goldfish b) They are stupid c) The robot is malfunctioning d) They don't care e) They don't know how to scroll through a thread

Anyway - after telling them that they are pretty stupid, they responded as follows: "I apologise for the delay with resolution. I have attached the screen shot you added earlier and escalated this once more for urgent action. Your new Reference Number is A2-AU8Y-3AY1F3." This response was a week ago. Now, you don't have to be psychic to guess what happened next...that's right, nothing. Nothing happened. I keep receiving messages from Vodacom stating that I have no data (like Vodacom is mocking me, I know I have no data) and that I am being charged out of bundle rates. I will not pay out of bundle rates when I have tried everything to load data on my phone and tried everything to get help from Voda****, but no one seems to know how to do their job or what their job actually entails. What more can I do? I called. I emailed. I went to a Vodashop. I called again. I posted on Facebook (13 Times) and now I am on HelloPeter. Seriously, what more can I do? It seems like complaining about Vodacom has somehow become my full-time job - just a pity it isn't a lucrative one. And I swear to Lucifer - if I get one more robotic response from some dimwit at Vodacom like "We are sorry for the inconvenience, we have escalated your query and we will be in touch" I will completely lose my ****. You people hand out reference numbers like candy bars and expect your paying customers to find comfort in a reference number. You hand them out just to shut us up for a few days. If one more person gives me a reference number, I will...yup...lose my ****. Stop giving me reference numbers and DO YOUR DAMN JOBS - or give your damn to someone who is actually capable of doing it and following through.

Reviewer Update
Dear Vodacom Kindly be advised that I DO NOT believe that anyone from Vodacom will be in contact with me in due course or the course of a month, a year, an eternity - as, like I said above, it has been a month and NO ONE has been in contact. Clearly you, like everyone else at Vodacom don't understand my frustration, my problem, English or your job. Thanks for nothing.
