Zero after sales service

I recently upgraded online to an iphone 8. The phone was delivered and after 6 days I had had multiple complaints of people being unable to hear me on calls. That day (which was a Sunday) I went into a store to report this. I was told because I made the order online I had to deal with the call centre/online team. I tried to do this while in the store but as it was a Sunday none of the required team was working however I was told by the call centre that I would be contract on monday or tuesday in this regard. By Wednesday I had heard nothing so called the call centre and was bounced around and eventually told I would need to have the phone collected and my upgrade cancelled and renewed.

I travel to multiple cities each week for work so when contracted by RAM they were perplexed as to how to arrange the pick up at a specific address and said they would contact me on the day that pick up was to be made to ascertain where I was. I have still not heard back from RAM or from Vodacom.

It has now been weeks since the phone was delivered yet I reported the fault within the specified 7 day period. I expect this to be rectified ASAP with my upgrade cancelled and a new contract/phone initiated. I refuse to accept this faulty phone when I reported the fault within the 7 day period.
