Zero accountability

I upgrade a deal with vodacom on 25 November. The deal wad coming with Xbox and router. Data was updated but the gadgets where never delivered. When i followed up, the order was cancelled because RAM couldn't reach me. They have been trying to contact me a data sim card in the router _ so as things stands, although i have a vodacom business contract, they couldn't figure out that the same cell number they call to do an upgrade is the same number the couriers should use to find me. Instead they call themselves in the data sim... Lol. After 10 year red vip with vodacom, this is disappointing
