Zeni, you saved the day

This is a rating for a lady in the ****** phones department called Zeni. No one has helped me since I was ****** on the 8th Dec. I have spoken to 6 different people at Vodacom, I was tearing my hair out, making no progress. Today is the 13th of December and finally, someone helped me.
