Zanele January, you’re a star!

I’ve been having the worst onboarding experience with my new Vodacom Fibre line but this morning, Zanele January (iSON Xperiences) turned that around. I was irate and incredibly frustrated but Zanele was patient and helpful. Instead of “escalating” my matter like her colleagues, she took it upon herself to get me connected in a matter of minutes. Vodacom needs more people like Zanele.
