Z5 upgrade and wrong sim

So did my contract upgrade online,order new sony xperia Z5 ,all good phone gets delivered to me three days later,awesome. that night with much excitement over new phone i learn that the sim card they sent me with the phone wont fit in the phone, ah damn. So phone call center to let them know of there mistake and that they need to send me a new sim that will fit in phone,when bowl me over,not only will they not send me one,i have to go into shop,purchase one,and send proof to some email, the worst part is the operator trying to tell me its my fault that the wrong sim was selected,*** ,had to argue with her that there was no such option to select a sim,all i know is that i have been wanting to change providers for a while now,and thought let me give vodacom another go, well after this it is gonna be last go, will be changing my other contracts also as soon as upgrade time is here.
