Z Mafia vs Vodacom

Very bad network coverage. My home route is not working and logged a call to get information and assistance but the lady who was helping me was clueless and she told me they can only help me tomorrow of which is Monday because technicians are not working on Sunday. What kind of network provider who does not have technicians on standby in case we come across this kind of situation. Network has been on and off since Saturday the 13th September and yet you still have to wait ✋️ for another 24 hours to get technicians to resolve an issue or tell you what might be a problem. This is pure disgrace and unacceptable. Unprofessionalism at the highest degree. Vodacom has disappointed 😞 me not once but a several times. I can't wait for this stupid contract to end. Maybe other network providers could offer something better than this nonsense.

I am really not happy with the service yet I pay more 2k a monthly to get this kind of service. Vodacom has loosed the touch. It's all talk but no action.
