Yozelna is a Vodacom superstar :)
Yozelna is a superstar. She works at Vodacom's Ferreira Street offices in Mbombela. When I showed up there with a query, she went the extra mile to assist me. What really impressed me was the fact that she remembered me after I had not been to the store in 3+ years. And I'm no big spender - I'm just a regular community member looking at an affordable solution. She remembered me and my needs after not seeing me for years, and helped me so, so kindly. I am beyond impressed. What an asset she must be to your team!
