Your service sucks!

Last year I discovered that Vodacom had listed me on Experian and when I contacted them to find out the reason I was informed that I had an unpaid contract with them a few years prior for the amount of R231.48. I immediately paid the outstanding amount and forwarded the account department my proof of payment. Ref I*** I have since contacted *** and was promised my paid up letter since October 2020 and yet nothing. I am in the process of buying a property and this is preventing me from finalizing the sale. The empty promises made by the call centre, the inability of the legal team to make contact or acknowledge my calls or emails is putrid!
