Your repair center is a joke. Get your act together , and please fix my damn phone.

Very bad service at Umhlanga repair center, Staff cant even use their phone to communicate with clients, I have to keep following up on the status of my phone and still issue isn't sorted out attitude is bad, they keep giving me the run around, its like a circus.

Hi Rj thank for your help . It Really helped on that day however the repair company is still not communicating with me. I have picked up my Lg g6 today , which was bought in February, And believe it or not i have used the phone for less that 5 months and its been going in for repairs for the rest of the time. Right now as we speak they have now changed the main board on the device however it now , doesn't charge as it says moisture detected , so now will be another month that it has to go in for repairs and i am simply frustrated. please advise as i am going to escalate this because i have no joy in this matter especially since its such an expensive cellphone. Which i am still paying for . please assist. Mr Moodley
