Your relationship with RAM needs a lot of fixing
You really need to work out on your relationship with RAM, because i am definitely sure that when my mom made an upgrade from you guys she did give you the delivery address so would you please explain to me why yesterday RAM people took the parcel out for delivery only for them to say later that validation for non-delivery is due to incomplete address which had no complex name? The address is very clear which is 352 Lilian Ngoyi St, Hillbrow, Johannesburg, 2001 (Frank and Hirsch) is the complex name owned by African Housing company afhco how is that not clear though i waited two weeks for this parcel which I'm still waiting, will i ever get it because both you and RAM promised I'll get the parcel yesterday after weeks of calling and reminders what more can a customer do to get the services paid for?
