your despiration will cost u clients

I used to have high respect for Vodacom up until I realised they are desperate and would do anything to keep clients. I had a 2yr work phone contract with vodacom from July /August 2017.In between I got promoted to a different role and was no longer eligible for a work cell phone. The phone was transfered into my name around Jan 2019.

2 Months before the contract ended I went to vodacom brooklyn and was informed that cancellations are done via vodacom call centre. I called the call centre they informed that i need to call a month before. A month before I called and cancellation was confirmed verbally, i was comfortable with this because all calls were recorded (yet I am being denied the very same recoding's today). At least that's what they say every time they pick up your call.

They continued deducting my account even after the contract ended to which i continued reversing the amount.(I have a colleague who went through the exact same experience, it had to take hello peter for his case to be resolved)

They are denying me recorded calls and now say i owe them.
