Your customer service sucks big time

I've been trying to cancel my contract with Vodacom since October. I've again tried today since 8am this morning and no luck. And what surprises me is that Vodacom still wonders why customers are cancelling their contracts. Your customer service is non existent and dont get me started on your network issues. The previous time they did the exact same thing to me and I had to pay for cancelling late.
