Your Client Services should say Vodacom Instructs....

We have had a contractual relationship with Vodacom for nearly 10 years now if not more, and we pay our bill every month, we recently re-located and informed Vodacom of this, we never received any notification THAT OUR new billing amount HAS CHANGED and Vodacom didnt even bother to check that we were not informed, TODAY WE RECEIVE AN SMS saying that our account has been suspended as we are R355.00 in arrears, we were unaware that we were in arrears for 3 months now, we then pay R2000.00 into the account and Vodacom refuses to then put on the phone unless we pay the R355.00 as well, our contractual obligation is for any time in the month according to the Financial Department. The Financial Department then seems as if they conspire when you ask for the supervisor Ashwin does not even listen to what you say and keeps giving instructions, for that matter Ashwin could have answered the phone and said you know what we dont care what you say we are not going to take the blame for not following the law and ensuring you are informed....we just decided that if you dont pay the R355.00 well then tough, i then paid the R355.00 i have till not now received any norification no communicatIon nothing, but when i didnt pay they were quick to turn of my services. so communication from Vodacom is ONE SIDED AND NEVER MIND THAT THE CREDIT ACT SAYS ITS THEIR RESPONSIBLITY TO KEEP YOU INFORMED ON WHAT YOU OWE....Please listen to the recordings, please listen to your clients, please do us a favour dont just take our money acutally LISTEN. Look at our track records, and the bonus on all of this is WE GET A BAD CREDIT RATING BECAUSE WE WERE NOT PROPERLY INFORMED BY THE COMPANY SUPPLYING THE SERVICE.....ASHWIN IS THE WORST SUPERVISOR EVER.....
