Your cancellations department is a joke

I have requested a premature cancellation, I have received, paid and sent back the forms on Friday, says it will take 48 hours to process, today is Wednesday still nothing, I emailed to follow up yesterday and was told my email is escalated to the senior people, and nothing, so today I call was told it would be emailed and followed up, instead I now get the response that a quote was generated by the same person who said it was escalated and being followed up. To top it off you have debit ordered me double inluding a period that was part of the quote.

PATHETIC!!! this is not the first time I have had troubles with this cancellation dept. USELESS

Clearly this person has no clue "Mthuthuzeli George" whoever they are.

One of many reference numbers: EC-0492-2VF51W

George actually called me and promised to follow up, it is not his fault that he works in customer care and that the cancellation form says email it to them and they do nothing, then he cannot see it on the system from his side, because nobody works there, I asked him if this problem happens often, to which his response is that people directly send the forms to customer care and not to the email on the form, which explains why they get action, becuase clearly whoever is handling the cancellations email adress is not doing their job.
