You were Warned

Two years ago I had a problem getting a phone delivered from Vodacom. Now i ordered an upgrade and was tole it would be delivered the next day. I ordered the phone on Wednesday, it was due on Thursday. By 4pm there was no phone, i was assured it was on its way and was given a tracking number. This showed the phone was still in Johannesburg. I phoned the courier and they told me it would be deliverd on Monday, 5 days later. Vodacom told me it was a mistake to put on their website that i would get 24 hour delivery as they no longer do this. In Judicial terms this is called misrepresentation, and it was done knowingly. When I asked why i could not just get a phone from their outlets in East London, i was told that the system doesn't work like that. Well Vodacom, I warned you two years ago, now you and I are finished with doing business together, If you lie about delivery what else do you lie about?
