You WERE always excellent in problem solving

I took out a vodacom contract Dec 2015 and when everything was signed etc the assistant told me to collect the phone the next day. The next day I went to collect the phone and asked her to do a sim swap, she said that this could not be done and no matter what I asked her or tried to tell her, she just said it cannot be done. She called the supervisor and she agreed with the assistant. So I just cancelled the contract, never took the phone or anything. Now during Jan 2016 I received a statement for R296.00cr. Could not find ou what this is for, then during Feb I receive another statement where the credit has been journaled out. I have continually spoken to Vodacom assistants and the last time I spoke to an assistant she put me through to pre-leagel department, I spoke to Jacob/Jaco, he did not have a clue what was going on and also there was a balance of R400.cr and something was denited to my account and left this credit balance, so he put me through to debt collecting Department, I spoke to Gogo and explained once again about my account and she said that she would phone me back, well that was over a week ago. This is the information that I have passed on to all concerned, Account No. ***0-1, item Number SJ1184, Reference Tallyman w, this is the debit journal that is on my statement. I have been a Vodacom customer for years and you have always been there to help me.
