You take my money ,but don't deliver on service!!!

Good day to whom it may concern (Management) I would just personally like to tell you that your Network is one of the most *********** there is! There is no proper internet service, and when phoning the line is horrible! Numerous people experience this daily and them all are Vodacom clients, your signal have never been this bad, I know of multiple people that have complained, but clearly greedy vodacom only debits your account in which case the consumer protection act prohibits, due to the fact that you can't deliver competent service to your paying clients! I think this is a total disgrace my phone and Ipad constantly struggles with signal!!! Also recently I asked on your Faebook page how do I go about using my cell phone aboard since I will be travelling to the USA!!! Please give me a COMPETENT member to contact me! Thank you!
