On 02/10/2020 i wrote my complain to hello Peter about Vodacom, im still waiting for their consultant to contact me. They just rep**** with this"thank you for making us aware of your complaint kindly be advised that a consultant will make contact with you in due to assist with query " how many days i have to wait for you to reverse my money? My bill is R202, 99 how dare you deduct R495 on 25th September and R515 October????????? R495 and R515 it doesn't reflect at your app, how? you reply privately because you don't resolve this issue. I'm going to reverse R312 by tomorrow.
