You probably shouldn't get devices from the fiber side you will wait months or never get it.

Honestly been fighting for any info on where a ps5 is I was promised that I would be able to gift for Christmas. Needless to say after calls upon calls, emails upon emails and getting ignored and left in the dark probable over a dozen times I have no idea what else to do but just complain and leave some serial numbers in hopes someone from Vodacom will see it.

SR*** this was the first one I had to manually logged because I did not know if i do not get a serial number when escalating it just means the person that helped me just **** and decided not to escalate. This happened to me three times before I started taking notes

SR*** this is a week later logging again seeing as it said in the email I would be contracted within 24 hours but was not.

SR*** another week later i called again and asked there to be an escalation. After no response I emailed the CEO email all on suggestion of chat GPT. As I found out that they closed both of those tabs with no reason and changed the reasons from delivery of a ps5 to delivery of a router. seems fishy to me. Guess the next step suggested is to wait a week and then contact the CGSO. At the very least I hope it grabs someone there's attention who thinks the communication and service at the fiber department should be better.

Soooo this time I got someone to at least call me back. We even got to the point where they apologized for the mistake and promised me I would get an email within 5 min but who would have guessed I got ghosted again. This is so frustrating.

Thank you, yes the matter was finally put to rest and I will give credit where credit was due, forgot to take a name but whoever was responsible for resolving this was great.

honestly this experience with the fiber department was crazy until i got management involved i do feel I should advise you of a gem in hiding, I live in a small town and there are a bunch of Vodacom in the area. But this one guy Shan is literally responsible for the survival of the store in shelly beach and promoting him would be a grave loss for the branch, buuuut Vodacom is absolutely robbing themselves of super management material by not making this man in charge of things.
