You need to pay for *****!

I've been struggling for 3 years with Vodacom in regard to ********** activity on my account, to make a very long story short! For the last year an amount of R5128.13 has been a headache, as I've been liaising with the ***** department (Oupa is the person who assisted) who gave me a reference number (which i will only give to Vodacom upon response). The amount is to be credited an NO - ONE at Vodacom is assisting us after the ***** department has acknowledged it was ***** and affidavits sent through several times. Oupa is so 'gatvol' that he actually refuses to take our call, and at a stage said we must PAY the amount! Excuse me? we must pay for the usage that we haven't even used. Please take note Vodacom has credit bigger amount up to R60 000 on our account without any trouble. But with this amount???? they keep cutting us of each month! my one account is being used by my daughter and she had an incident where she couldn't even make a call due to this disconnection. It seems the ********* has went in silence mode and this amount is the last amount to be credited. This morning i've received a letter from Vodacom telling me that they will be handing me over! HOW? Can't they see on the system all the correspondence and notes? THIS is utter nonsense and if i need to invoice the time and money i lost due to this inconvenience Vodacom will have to pay me above the credit. I however am on the verge of taking away my contract which is very sad as i've been a loyal customer with Vodacom for almost 20 years! So I say NO i won't pay the ***** amount!
