You make promises AND YOU DON'T CARRY THEM THROUGH.

I can't believe we wait an entire week to hear about the collection on a new contract for a new MacBook laptop, for Vodacom to turn around and say on the day we are supposed to collect the laptop, there is nothing available....... So that's it, nothin available, please come into the store and choose another laptop. NO, I WANT THE LAPTOP THAT WAS SELECTED. THE ONE THE VODACOM ADVERTISED IS AVAILABLE.

We run a business, and if we had to turn around and say to our customers sorry, the product and service which we advertised to you is not available, we would have our name run down and we would end up having to SHUT OUR DOORS.

The response was, there is nothing in the country, I don't believe this at all.
