You Indeed Take People Who Make You For Granted (Job no.***8)

<p>I have ran out of words, I am sad and feeling concerned with the level of the way you do business. I sent 2 weeks old phone to you for repairs and it was sent back unrpaired due to generic lcd. I reported this to Vodacom Social Network Team, they asked me to re-send it back and they will investigate and resolve the problem. Today I called ********** and spoke to Jenny May, she tells me my phone is on the way and not repaired due to the same issue. Does this mean you sell **** phones as I purchased the phone from you the way it is and now you can't repair/exchange it??? What is going on Vodacom, I trusted you. Can I just a new phone or money to go elsewhere please. otherwise I am taking this to my Lawyer!</p>
