You don't care about your customers at all

You obviously don't care about your customers! I have been waiting for a manager to phone me since this morning 10:20!!!!! He will phone you by 13:00 today mam. Is his watch broken?!!!!! It is now 14:50 and after another time that I phoned and customer care telling me a manager has to sort out my problem! I moved to Vodacom because the other networks really don't care about their customers, but you are now doing exactly the same thing! I have to pay you for a phone that I don't have because your repair centre don't care to fix the devise, they just send it back after I waited for more than a month and them shunting me around all the time. I WANT THIS PROBLEM FIXED NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
