You cannot cancel with VODACOM
How do you cancel contracts with Vodacom? I was speaking to a lovely lady who helped me and transferred me to Cancellations, only for Cancellations to put the phone down on me. Now when I phone cancellations back it says I am not due for an upgrade, and then drops the call.
