You can't escalate a complaint to management.

I would like the CEO to sit back and enjoy this story, it is filled with mystery, suspense and drama, even though it is a comedy. I can't even tell you in words how at the end of my tether I am. I know that you won't care either but I am going to put in one last effort to receive some sort of customer care (where you listen, acknowledge, try to help customer) I requested My number to be cancelled as of 01/03/2015.
I received written confirmation from Vodacom to say the number will be changed to prepaid as of 01/03/2015.
This was NOT I was credited with usual amounton the 1st of March. Despite written confirmation in January that this would NOT happen.I have since spoken to call centre agents, who are competing for the \Anti-customer care"award. (something for Vodacom to consider)I am told by the last agent I must go to a branch (pass the buck much?) The then blame porting"
