You can not trust Vodacom anny more!!!

I am a Vodacom customer for 13jr, I called Vodacom the first time to cancel 4 contracts in November 2020 and again in December 2020 and finely in January 2021 they canceled the contracts, so for the 3 months of requesting Vodacom to do there job, I paid R2700 for something I no longer needed. They say there is no records of my calls over the past 3 months, so what happened to "all calls is recorded for quality and safety purposes" ? Now no one is to blame how convenient!!! I never payed later or even missed a payment, and when I ask please just do an investigation in to this, nothing happens... Has Vodacom became a government institution were you have to expect poor service delivery? I think it is time for changing my service provider and as soon as my current contracts end I will change it..
