Received a refund today of R 659.14. You people deducted my account for 5 months for R 190.00 which was not supposed to be debited. Refund reference Vodacom SP I*** REFEUND
An amount of R 950.00 was supposed to be refunded and confirmed telephonically by your consultant. You people have made me wait 6 months for my query to be attended to and still ***** from the customer. Please refund my all my money back before I lodge a dispute with the Ombuds and CPA!!!!!!!!!!!
