You are braking the CPA law!!!

On the 15th of August I proceeded to upgrade my voice and data lines via the Vodacom upgrade line. All went well agent told me there is stock and I will be receiving a SMS asking me to confirm the order. I never got the SMS. I phoned the upgrade center again, only to find out my order was cancelled due to no stock available. The manager chrestina dyosini told me I never responded to the SMS. I notified them I never got the SMS. Afterwards they told me oh by the way we send the SMS to you data device which cannot receive SMS - though luck you can select another deal. This is the most pathetic experience ever. after 4 years of not upgrading I am fairly happened now I can take my business else where due to the incompetence and unhelpful service. Dont advertise what you cannot fulfil that is against the CPA law !!!!?
