Yo fam we need to talk

Yo fam, let's talk.

I'm having some issues with your service, not your customer service just the things you do and probs "forget" to mention when a new contract is open, but I'm getting ahead of myself let's start at the beginning.

So once upon a time I had a flexi 200 contract with Vodacom which we (me and ma familia) had to cancel because of un foreseen events (spoiler alert, my parents got divorced, tragic, I know) anyway fast forward a few years and I'm 22 years old, it's almost Christmas and uhm I'm honestly just living my best life, my mom took my sister and I shopping cause GIRLS WEEKEND, but that has no relevance to the situation. My dearest amazing mother saw how I was struggling with my current phone, I'm not going to drop any name (Iphone), and decided we need to reactivate my contract, so this is where the strory gets interesting.

We go to Vodacom and they do the credit check all good, get the phone all good, pay the first installment, alllll good. Wake up this morning my phone doesn't work my sim has been blocked and the contract suspended... Now you see I know what the problem is I have spoken to your customer care staff and honest, they're great, because well it wasn't them that suspended the account.

So here's what the problem is, the contract credit limit has been reached, nothing to do with the airtime or data (I know I was confused by this as well) so after speaking to everyone who could help us fix this little ittsy bitsy problemo we were informed that to have me and my dear sisters phones working again we need to pay an additional R240 to increase the credit limit....

Please, someone explain to me if a CREDIT limit was the problem and needed to be increased.. WHY!!! was this not mentioned to us when the CREDIT check was done or added in the INSTALLMENT fee, WHY for the love of all things fried was this only mentioned after our phones had been blocked and WE had to call YOU????

Please in the name of little kittens explain to me What the actual.......

Also while we're here having a chat... One thing I could never understand is why it takes you 2 seconds to block an account but 24 hours to get it working again, well you know I get it "the system" and all that jazz, but if that is what it is be a little more carefully with what you deactivate don't be so petty.

Also last but not least the acc statement says R1700 something it should be R1500 something around there.

Thanks Fam for coming to my Ted Talk. Hit me up.
