Yet Another Dissapointment ( Vodacom or Ram to blame ? )

Once again Vodacom has neglected updating and keep customer promise, my order has been sitting at a Warehouse since yesterday early afternoon awaiting Ram, i was informed that Ram will collect before 5 PM this apparently did not happen, i was given a tracking number yesterday to track the order, it does not work on Vodacom tracking website neither does it work on Ram, i contacted Ram this morning, Spoke to a Jason who was actually so Rude and abrupt not sharing any feedback or knowlede on the tracking or order, I spoke to Vodacom Customer care, same occurance, no one knows what is happening, random answers are just given to customers to shut us up, my application has been with Vodacom since the 6th of April, today is the 16th of April, 10 days down the lane and no satisfaction, we are entering a long weekend soon so no business will then be conducted until the new business day next week, obviously Ram does not do deliveries over public holidays, so if i am lucky i will receive my order by the end of next week ???? Why is Vodacom doing this ? What happened to the best network Vodacom in this country ? Why is there no proper communication ? I was expecting my order delivered, i also asked for a Sales consultant to call me back regarding a new contract for my wife, this never happned, i requested call backs 4 times already within the past 3 days regarding the sales department, no one to this day called, is there a system problem ? Please Vodacom sort this out.
