YET ANOTHER DISSAPOINTMENT FROM VODACOM BUSINESS DEPARTMENT
I app**** for a business contract under LBDO Inc. on the 13th of September 2017 and was approved the following day with order number: ********** 7 and account number B ********** and invoice number Y ********** for Blackberry DTEK50 going for R249 per month for 24 months. I received the phone on the 20th of September 2017 but unfortunately the device was not in good working order. I immediately reported this to the consultant who was assisting me and was advised that they will book for the device to be collected from me of which it took more than 4 days to be collected from me. It was collected from me on the 29th of September 2017 by RAM couriers. Even now I still haven't received a new device even though it has been collected from me and confirmation of receipt has been acknowledged at the Vodacom Warehouse.
I feel like Vodacom is taking small businesses from granted as they know very well that the reason why I wanted the contract was to use it for business purposes and I already cancelled all the contracts I had that I was using for business purposes with the hope that by now my company would be having a new business contract to avoid double payment of two contracts at the same time.
I am always drained when ever I call the consultants as they always make promises that they will provide me with feedback before the end of the business day and they don't honour their promises.
All that I am asking for is that they send me a new device as I have already received the simcard with the device that was not working properly because they keep on saying they need to cancel the old contract.
I wish that this can be resolved or I be told that I am not welcome to do business with Vodacom.
Regards, Disappointed Customer
