yet another billing issue

yet another issue with vodacom, I upgraded finally after so much issues and have been refunded for that mess up. And not i recieve my billing for end February and i see that i have been charged an upgrade fee of R150 excl vat also the contract i took was for R180.00 per month including vat but according to the bill i see that the charge is well over R404.00 instead of only R180.00. please tell me whats going on with this company. i need feedback on this matter asap. also please arrange for my refund asap.

still no feed back to this query. i will cancel this contract and vodacom can come and fetch this mobile as i haven't even used this mobile yet. please advise asap
