Yet again, Vodacom disappoints
Hi Natalie
Hope you are able to assist. If not, please refer me to someone who can.
Your repairs department is messing with me and I do not appreciate. Customer service has never been their strong point.
I brought a cracked phone for repairs since we have insurance. Bearing in mind i stay in Soweto and the user of the phone stays there in Benoni.
Got there, did the necessary signing of papers.
3 weeks went by without communication from Vodacom. Finally, I was told to come collect the phone. My ID is required. I drove to Eastrand again. Got there paid excess of R200. Then, I was told to bring it back if it gives us issues. We have 3 months to do so.
Later, during the day the phone turned off. When switching it on, there's a blue screen and no movement.
We took it back the following day (if i remember correctly). It was taken, again i was told i will be informed. A month went by without communication or feedback. I took upon myself to call and find out. I spoke to a guy who made no sense at all. I asked him to give the phone to a manage. Mario person said he's /she's a manager. I had to repeat myself (with my airtime). He promised to do the right thing....which till today he/she hasn't delivered.
Then, later a call from a colored lady told me to come by and sign forms "again". Drive from Soweto to Eastrand? ? I asked for Mario, she said "Mario won't help you but she'll tell you the same thing".
I'm at a point where I have no patience for bull****. This is now, pathetic. ****** time consuming, financially taking strain. I will not allow to be messed around by a bunch of people who don't value their jobs. I help to put bread on their tables, for years that is.
The 15% excess that i "supposedly" have to pay....will be paid by the *********** staff.
Please sort this out.
