Yet again Trouble with Vodacome

So I have a cell phone ( 072) and a Tablet (079), my tablet was due for upgrade as the contract ends in September, so i upgraded my contract on the 27th July for the (079) and was told that the contract will be in affect on the 1st of August.

Today i see the contract is not in affect as my data as not loaded, so i logged into my Vodacom account and seen that Vodacom have loaded the "new contract" for the (079)nr on my (072)nr therefore replacing the current contract, so i phone Vodacom and they tell me that its "a migration" of contract that can be done at any time.

So then i was transfer to the online service department where they tell me it was a system error and trying to sort this out but it will take between 3- 5 working days. - UNACCEPTIBLE

Now i am sitting with a cell phone with a data contract instead of a airtime contract and a tablet that is still on the old contract.

I need this sorted out A.S.A.P AND I HOPE VODACOM WILL COMPENSATE ME FOR MY INCONVENIANCE.
