I am very dissatisfied with vodacom service I called for a upgrade on one of my numbers I requested a black Huawei p30 lite the agent Lebrino promised me that he got a black one for me and will be delivered the following week... I received my order on the 28 December But when I opened it it was the wrong color. I then called vodacom and they were very unwilling to assist me as urgent all they said is they will collect in 14 working days... And I informed them I will not be available as I will be on leave the lady Adriaan just kept on saying they will fetch in 14 working days.. Not willing to help at all. Vodacom service is not acceptable and this is even the fact that I have been a custormer of theirs for more than 12 years already very unhappy with the service and will not recommend them to anyone...
