YeboYethu Ex-Employees Shares Option

As an Ex-Employee of Vodacom, I have duly relinquished company benefits and the shares are no longer an incentive to keep me committed to the company. My resignation was not out of choice, but rather a walk-out based on personal circumstances (true reasons are confidential to protect both parties). My current situation is such that I am about to lose my house and in dire financial position. I am aware that the shares can only be accessed in 2019 for those privileged with time to wait, or over a dead body (in case of death). I write for a special favour to have me access the cash value to rescue my human dignity to cover my bond arrears and varsity fees for my daughter @ UCT. My next option will be to seek guidance from the public protector.

This is a genuine request to treat my case as a special case. I have been given up to 31/05/2015 to settle my arrears, there seems to be no ACTIVE correspondence channel addressing these extraordinary cases from Yeboyethu Pty Ltd to address my plight,

I have all the litigation documents from the bond holder FNB through the High Court of South Africa case number 2015/10205.

I hope you will respond positively and promptly to this PLEA.
