<p>On the 31st May 2016 I won the 8 letter match Vodacom emailed me the form on the 20th June 2016 I filled in the forms and emailed it back to Vodacom.Firstly I asked one of the staff members in the call centre if I could use my sons banking details they rep**** YES but later they phoned me telling me its ***** according to their policies so I went back to CAPITEC to open my own bank account,filled in the new form with MY BANKING DETAILS EMAIL IT BACK TO VODACOM HOWEVER NO FEEDBACK I HAVE CALLED THE CALL CENTRE NUMBER ALMOST EVERYDAY WHICH IS ********** 082 AND STILL I WAS NOT ASSISTED I AM BEING SEND FROM PILLAR TO POST FROM THE CALL CENTRE AGENTS .I HAVE BEEN ADVISED TO WAIT AGAIN TILL NEXT YEAR FOR MY PRIZE (MONEY) WHICH IS PATHETIC I WANT MY MONEY ASAP I HAVE PROVIDED ALL INFORMATION AS THEY HAVE REQUESTED WHAT IS THE DELAY VODACOM SERVICE IS EXTREMELY POOR WHEN IT COMES TO YEBOMILLIONARES PAY OUT.</p> <p>Mrs L.Klein </p> <p>LOUISA KLEIN</p> <p>CONTACT NO ********** </p> <p> </p>
