Yebo Millionair Doesn't Pay Out - Its A ****!
I'm writing this report on behalf of my mother Martha Ntipa Sibanyoni as she cant do it herself. I am shocked at how Vodocom conducts their business. False marketing and just plain *****! My mother won Yebo Millionairs in February 2017 R 6 400.00. She was advised to submit some documents to verify her and was told she would be contacted as soon as they receive her documents to process her payment , she did that however Vodocom never called back so she followed up and was told all is in order and that her winnings would be deposited in her account between 30 - 60 days. Time passed she followed up again and was sent from pillar to post every consultant she spoke with kept on telling her she would be paid shortly months passed no word and false promises with every call my mother made, until She spoke to a consultant by the name of Kgothatso on 19th January 2018 at 14:04 call center number 1089 we put her on speaker so I could listen to the conversation and my jaw just dropped when she was kind enough to give us the whole truth she advised that winners dating back as far as 2016 have not been paid and that by the looks of things my mum wont be paid at all. She advised they lie to most winners telling them they will get paid soon until they eventually give up on their winnings. In a nut shell she said they initially **** to my mum funds wont be paid in they apparently owe a lot of winners and there are no funds available she said they as consultants are actually tired of lying to customers and giving false hope.
