YEARS of struggle with VODACOM

Here I go again!! Vodacom is REALLY something, must be THE MOST frustrating, & time wasting company in the country. Been trying for MONTHS to secure a debit order for a measly little contract! Is this contract too small to give it any attention?? Given all info required TWICE to two different agents over the past two months already, who have said it's done, but still NOTHING happening.!¡!!! Can SOMEONE PLEASE tell me HOW does one secure a SUCCESSFUL debit order with VODACOM!!! Mohale
