Years and months. Still nothing Done

I have Posted Here Before! The Response Said They Would Call me Back!! Never got the call!! After Numerous Years and Many Many Compllaints, The Signal Quality at my House in Silverlakes is still as Bad as Always!! When Someone calls me on the Phone, we cannot even get a sentence in!! I use the Telkom Landline Mostly at great cost, while I have been with vodacom right from the very beginning and Pay All the heavy Fees for Three telephones, Datelines, Tablets etc etc, I just do not get the Service That I Pay For!! I am So Sick And tired of Vodacom and their empty Promises!! Why Do all the other Cell networks work At my House!! They Have been Promising For two Years now that they will put up a New Tower!! NOT!! All I asked them was to Put a Booster in My House so that I can Use My Cellphone for Business whilst at Home!! Nothing Done!!! Ha Ha!! I guess they are maybe trying to call me on My cellphone but cannot get a Hold Of me!! Vodacom You Suck!!
