Xoli from Vodacom customer contact centre is a star
There's a lady who works at Vodacom contact centre, she said her name is Xoli... I forgot to take her surname, she's amazing, a great asset to Vodacom. She totally understands what excellent client experience is about. I hope Vodacom grows you Xoli, and thank you again for taking my call today and following up to ensure I was assisted.
