I have been unemployed since 2020. I only failed to pay last 2 month owing to vodacom. they eventualy reconnected my line . but now withouth calling cancelled my number. I can not get hold of thr right department at vodacom. the system says my number does not excist. how am i going to get work if they can not call me. I spoke to somone t vodacom at 15h today. giving them till 16h to help me. if they dont I will end my life because no one wants to help me. I have a mental health condition and dont get any help financialy or any for. it is now 10 to 4 no one hs called. Thank you vodacom for giving me the final reason to end it all the number listed is a pay as you go i got yeasterday no one has this number
