Wushine WarShip **** R5 Airtime

Vodacom ticket : S4-3303K-K3Q2H

My brand new Cheap Mint Brand (not a smartphone), with a brand new Vodacom prepaid sim also has this "Thank you for buying Wushine WarShip R5" **** issues. Went to Vodacom Greenstone who quickly blamed me for Subscribing or surfing and signing up, and had to argue (make a scene)to get the issue logged. Luckily my phone only had 29 airtime so no loss, but on Principle to the poorer prepaid users I forced them to log the issue. They rep**** saying : Dear customer. Please be advised ....was charged by Worldplay(Pty) not a subscription....As a Gesture of Goodwill R25 has been loaded. Now the 'Thank you for buying Wushine WarShip R5' has started again, without me even using the phone (been off for a week).Vodacom must investigate how this happens in the first place when I have never even sent an SMS or requested the service or used this New phone/SIM, as its an emergency phone kept in a locked vehicle at all times. The normal *135# block will not work since its not content subscription, and since Vodacom as a business make a fortune off this, they will not put a block in place to stop this *****. I am going back to De-rica and cancel the sim, but imagine the loss to Poorer prepaid users and novice users who don't have means or know how to complain.
